The Angolan Community Organization of Oregon is a nonprofit organization aiming to provide support mainly to Angolans in Oregon but also to all Angolans in the United States of America. The organization’s focus is to build among Angolans and diverse organizations, interest groups and individuals in the state of Oregon, solidarity and friendship; to make Angola, its culture and the needs of the Angolan Community known to governmental and non-governmental agencies and organizations; to foster education, raise awareness and preserve its cultural and humanitarian purposes.
